2014 The Importance of Being Earnest

Writing doesn't come easy to me but it has obviously become a necessity if you own your business.  Word of mouth can only get you so far but what I"m learning is people want to get a "feel" for who you are before they hire you.  I'm a little shy so I understand why it might be easier to check out a blog post or Facebook page and learn something a little more before calling them.   Maybe see what they look like and get a hint of personality.

I am a professional first and foremost, easy going and smile a lot. Its important to me that you are as comfortable in my studio as you would be in your own home and like my work.  I enjoy what I do and it spills over into the excitement of any photo session whether its a custom portrait, model portfolio or commercial catalog.  I think when one loves what they do, everything they do is taken to heart, is personally valued and is of great importance. To this end I am dedicated to my photography.

I will earnestly try my best to keep my blog post rolling this year.  I have the greatest admiration of those who can publish their blogs, man their Facebook pages, tweet a thought, run their businesses and households, take care of their parents, pets and children, work out, text, answer all of their emails, grab lunch with a friend and still catch "The Good Wife"!  You peeps are my inspiration!
